By using this website, booking a course, making a payment or signing in to the student portal, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are booking on behalf of someone else — an employee, a family member — you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for them.

If you do not agree, do not enroll.

Driver training in the Philippines is regulated. You must meet the LTO's requirements for the course you book — including the minimum age, and holding a valid student permit or licence where the course requires one.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details and documents you give us. A certificate issued against incorrect details may be rejected by the LTO, and correcting that afterwards is not always possible.

A booking is confirmed when payment is received and you have been sent a confirmation carrying a reference number. Until then your slot is held only briefly and may be released.

The fare shown at checkout is the fare that applies to the specific branch, course and training date you selected. Changing any of those re-prices the booking. Government and third-party charges are shown separately and are passed through unchanged.

Rescheduling, branch transfers and cancellations are governed by the Enrollment Rules page, which forms part of these terms. It carries the current fees, notice periods and credit rules, read live from our booking system.

Credit held in a training fund is school credit, not cash. It can be spent on training at any of our branches and is not withdrawable.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

We may suspend an account being used to abuse the booking system — for example holding slots with no intention of attending.

For everyone's safety, you must:

• Arrive on time and bring the documents your course requires. Late arrival may cost you the session.
• Be fit to train — not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that impairs driving.
• Follow your instructor's directions and all traffic laws at all times.
• Treat instructors, staff and other students with respect.

We may end a session immediately, without refund, where continuing would be unsafe.

We issue a certificate when you have completed the required hours and met the course standard. Completing our training does not guarantee you will pass an LTO examination or be granted a licence — those decisions belong to the LTO alone.

The content, branding and materials on this site belong to us or our licensors, and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission.

We work to keep prices, schedules and availability accurate, but this site may contain errors, and availability changes constantly. Nothing on this site is an offer until it is confirmed at checkout. Where a listed price is obviously wrong, we may correct it and offer you the corrected price or a full refund.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, our liability arising out of a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost income or a missed examination date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the Philippine courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. The version that governs your booking is the one published on the day you paid, and the effective date is shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
